La proiectarea acestor difuzoare s-a folosit cauciuc butilic la suspensie din care rezulta raspuns linear de frecventa si imunitatea la variatiile de temperatura.
Ramele difuzoarelor sunt din otel armat ambutisat.
Pentru largirea benzii de frecventa, difuzoarele pt. frecvente extra-inalte sunt cu racire de ferrofluid rezistand la temperaturi ridicate, care apar in special la sarcini mari.
Magnetul este acoperit cu strat de cauciuc la toate modelele.
